Walk the house.

We build finished homes, then sell them. That means you tour the real thing — real ceiling height, real light at 4pm, real backyard — before you sign anything.

Everything you use daily is on one floor. The bonus room sits above the garage — that's the gable in the photo — and has its own closet, so it counts as the fourth bedroom. Guest room, playroom, or office, depending on the year.

How buying a spec home works

Three steps. No surprises.

STEP 01

Walk it

Call and we'll open the house for you — no appointment gauntlet, no sales floor. Bring a tape measure and your own inspector if you want.

Same week

STEP 02

Write it

Your agent writes the offer, or we'll walk you through it directly. The price on the sheet is the price of the house as you toured it.

A few days

STEP 03

Close and move in

We do a walkthrough together, fix the punch list, and hand you the keys. Then we're still a phone call away for the first year.

30–45 days

About NBH

Built by people who answer the phone.

New Beginning Homes is a family-run builder working across the Treasure Valley. We build a handful of homes a year on purpose — enough to know every framer and finish carpenter on the job by name, and few enough that the person who picks up when you call has actually stood in your house.

Tell us what's wrong and we'll email you back — usually within two business days — to sort out a time. One form, no portal, no account to create.

Plumbing emergency? Don't use this form

Shut off the water supply to the house first. Then look for the contact sticker on your water heater tank and call the plumber listed there — they installed it and can get to you fastest. Submit this form afterward so we have a record of it.
